Robert Zheng has over 10 years of experience in customer service management. Robert started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Manager at Huawei, where they gained extensive experience in customer service operations and management in various countries. In 2016, they joined Coolpad as the Overseas Customer Service Director.
Robert Zheng pursued their postgraduate studies from 2019 to 2021 at The University of Hong Kong, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Product Innovation and Service Design. Prior to this, they attended Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Telecommunications Engineering.
