Porter Ellett

Porter Ellett has a diverse background in sports coaching, motivational speaking, and finance. Currently serving as the Assistant Running Backs Coach and Senior Assistant to the Head Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs since February 2017, Porter has extensive experience in sports management. With a long-standing role as a Motivational Speaker and Facilitator at CoolSpeak, LLC, starting from November 2010, Porter has influenced many through speeches on overcoming adversity. Previous positions include Graduate Assistant roles at SMG and Baylor University, a Tax Analyst at Goldman Sachs, and various roles within the sports realm, including Assistant Equipment Manager for BYU Football and Vice President of Retail at XOJO Sports. Porter's educational background includes a Master of Sport Management from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University.
