Charlotte Nilsson Norby

Charlotte Nilsson Norby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the retail and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Kategori Direktør at Coop i Danmark since February 2022, Charlotte has previously held prominent positions including Kædedirektør at Irma and Managing Director at Løgismose Meyers. Charlotte's career also includes a decade at Coop Trading as Executive Vice President, overseeing Nordic Private Label sourcing. Charlotte began their career at Mars Scandinavia, where responsibilities included Marketing Director and Sales Director, alongside previous roles at Mars Sweden and Mars. Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics & Law from Copenhagen Business School and has completed an executive program in Coop International Business Leadership.
