Joel Picado

Joel Picado has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Financial Planning Coordinator and Budget Manager at COOPEMEP R.L. since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Treasury and Investment Officer at Banco BCT and Analyst at Bridgestone, with early career experience as an intern at the Central Bank of Costa Rica, where responsibilities included liquidity assessments and market analysis. Joel is academically qualified with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Costa Rica and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University. Additionally, Joel holds a technical degree in Information Systems and completed secondary education at Colegio Maria Inmaculada de Moravia.
