Eva Janicki

Eva Janicki is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Cooper Lighting Solutions since May 2016, Eva has a proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to this role, Eva held similar positions at Eaton, managing HR functions across multiple divisions, and at BASF Canada, overseeing HR operations for nine business units. Early career experiences include providing outplacement services for unionized employees at Chrysler and working in production at Campbell Soup Company. Eva holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, a Post-Graduate Business Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Political Science, and English from the University of Toronto.
