Mandy Timmons

Mandy Timmons has extensive work experience in the lighting industry. Mandy is currently a Senior Director of Customer Operations at Cooper Lighting Solutions, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Customer Experience for Cooper Lighting Solutions starting in September 2019. Mandy has also had a long tenure at Eaton's Cooper Lighting, where they held various management positions, including Director of Customer Fulfillment, Director of Customer Service for National Accounts & Retail, Customer Service Manager, S&OP Supply Manager, Manager of Inventory Planning & Forecasting, DRP Planner, and Purchasing. With over 27 years of experience in customer operations, Mandy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.

Mandy Timmons earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University between 1989 and 1994. Mandy also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2021.
