Beth Green, SPHR, PCC has an extensive work history in the field of human resources and talent management. Beth currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief HR Officer at Cooper University Health Care, where they lead the development and implementation of talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Beth was the Vice President of Talent Management at Cooper University Health Care, where they focused on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development.

Before joining Cooper University Health Care, Beth was the Principal Coach & Owner of AIP Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where they worked with individuals and organizations to maximize their potential and achieve exceptional results.

Beth also has experience in the healthcare industry, having held various HR roles at Virtua Health, including AVP/Talent Management and Human Resources Director. Beth was responsible for driving business success through talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

Earlier in their career, Beth worked as Benefits Manager at Cooper University Hospital and as a Benefits Assistant at Special People In Northeast (SPIN).

Beth Green, SPHR, PCC holds a Masters of Science in Human Organizational Science from Villanova University, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Beth also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Human Resources from Rowan University, obtained from 1983 to 1986.
