Cecilia Elena Tilli

Cecilia Elena Tilli is a seasoned program manager currently leading initiatives at the Cooperative AI Foundation since May 2023, focusing on the organization’s Theory of Change and impact measurement. With previous roles including Executive Manager at Effektiv Altruism Sverige and Secretary General at The Foundation to Prevent Antibiotic Resistance, Tilli has demonstrated expertise in staff management, impact measurement, and research support. Tilli co-founded Rich Parents and served as CEO of Ultuna Mejeri, showcasing a strong background in business development within creative and food-tech sectors. Earlier experience includes consulting for technology startups and research at Uppsala University, complemented by a Master’s degree in Environmental and Water Engineering from Uppsala University.
