Liko Tolesa

Liko Tolesa has extensive experience in human capital and project management, serving in various leadership roles at Cooperative Bank of Oromia since December 2004, including Vice President positions in Human Capital and Projects Management and Human Resources and Facility Management, as well as roles in strategy and change management. Liko began the professional journey as a founding staff and management expert at the Cooperative Bank of Oromia (Under Formation) Project Office from June 2002 to December 2004. Liko holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from Addis Ababa University.
