Nahom Kebede

Nahom Kebede has a robust background in human capital management, currently serving as the Manager of the Human Capital Business Partner Team at Cooperative Bank of Oromia since May 2018. Nahom's progression within the same organization includes roles as Acting Manager, Human Capital Management Expert, Human Capital Management Officer, Associate HRM Officer, and Graduate Trainee. Prior to this, Nahom worked as a Customer Service Officer at Awash International Bank for a brief period in early 2018. Nahom holds a Master of Business Leadership from Addis Ababa University, obtained in July 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management, also from Addis Ababa University, which was completed in 2017.
