Andy Hale

Andy Hale currently serves as the Associate Executive Coordinator for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of NC and as the Senior Pastor at University Baptist Church. With a diverse background, Andy has held various roles including Podcast Creator and Host, Church Start Specialist for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and a consultant and coach in self-employment. Previous positions include Pastor at Mosaic of Clayton and Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church of Clayton. Andy's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, a Master's Degree from Campbell University Divinity School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Theology from Campbell University. Additionally, Andy participated in the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Fellows Program and the Center for Congregational Health Young Leaders Program.
