Ahsan Rais

Ahsan Rais has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and people development. Ahsan started their career in 2010 as a Senior Human Resource Executive at Ora-Tech Systems and later served as a Senior Officer Human Resource at Shield Corporation Limited from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Ahsan joined Cooperative Computing as an Assistant Manager HR and gradually progressed to become a Global Human Resources Business Partner, an HR Business Partner, and eventually the Head of Optimistic People. Ahsan held this position from January 2019 onwards.

During their time at Cooperative Computing, Ahsan also worked with other organizations. Ahsan served as a Human Resources Consultant at Maestro Digital from December 2017 to May 2023. Ahsan was a Human Resources Development Advisor at Astera Software from April 2017 to August 2018. Ahsan also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at eShoppers Pakistan Online Shopping from April 2015 onwards.

In 2018, Ahsan joined GoSpark as a People & Process Guru. Ahsan later worked as a Sales People Development specialist at RAAS Marketing in 2021. Currently, Ahsan is a Human Resources Consultant at Knoativ, starting from January 2022.

In addition to their HR roles, Ahsan has also worked as a People Development Consultant at Tapgency Inc. from August 2021 onwards.

Ahsan Rais completed their education from 2006 to 2010 at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU). During this time, they pursued a BBA/MBA degree with a specialization in Business.
