Muhammad Kashif Iqbal

Muhammad Kashif Iqbal has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position was as an HR Manager at Cooperative Computing, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Efroze Chemical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. - Pharma Division as a Deputy Manager HR & OD from April 2020 to September 2022, where they managed recruitment and selection processes, developed HR strategies aligned with business goals, and addressed employee grievances.

Before joining Efroze Chemical Industries, Muhammad worked in a consultancy role as an HR Operations Manager from August 2018 to March 2020. Muhammad Kashif also served as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at Rehmpack (Pvt) Ltd from September 2016 to July 2018.

Muhammad also gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry while working at PharmEvo Private Limited. Muhammad Kashif held multiple roles at the company, including Senior HR Executive from July 2015 to September 2016, HR Executive from July 2014 to June 2015, Senior HR Officer from July 2013 to June 2014, and HR Officer from February 2011 to June 2013.

Muhammad's early career included roles at Pearl Confectionery Pvt Ltd, where they served as an HR Officer from January 2010 to January 2011 and as a Jr HR Officer from March 2009 to December 2009.

Muhammad Kashif Iqbal completed their education from 2003 to 2007 at PAF-KIET, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Human Resources (HR). Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HRM at the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in IT from Aligarh Institute of Technology in January 2003. Kashif Iqbal has also acquired several additional certifications, including Certified Practitioner Human Resource from NED University of Engineering and Technology in April 2022, and TimeTrax Professional Certification - ERP/CRM/HCM from EfroTech - Intelligent|Business|PEOPLE in January 2021.
