Megan Shaw

Megan Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recreational therapy and program management. Currently employed at Cooperative Educational Services since February 2020 as a Recreational Therapist, Megan has also served as a Case Manager at DDMS of Utah since January 2017. Prior work experience includes the role of Recreation Director at RHA Health Service, Inc. from September 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities included planning and implementing activities for residents. Megan's early career featured a position as a Ranger at Philmont Scout Ranch in 2014, contributing to a wilderness experience for thousands, and as Assistant/Program Director at Brighton LDS Girls Camp, overseeing a team of forty staff members. Academically, Megan holds a Master's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Utah and Bachelor's and Associate's Degrees in English from Brigham Young University and Snow College, respectively.
