Michele McWilliams

Michele McWilliams is an experienced executive coach and facilitator, currently serving at Cooperative Educational Services since August 2021 and at Results Coaching Global, LLC since April 2020, holding the title of PCC. Additionally, Michele has been a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with Strengths Strong since 2015, focusing on coaching individuals and organizations for improvement. Prior professional experience includes roles as Building Level Principal and Classroom Teacher at Mountain Home Public Schools from August 1995 to June 2015, and as a Classroom Teacher at Cave City High School from August 1990 to July 1995. Michele holds an M.Ed. from Arkansas State University, completed between 1995 and 1997.
