Kevin Kozak

Kevin Kozak is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the laundry service industry and a focus on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cooperative Laundry since February 2023, Kevin previously held the position of General Manager at Midwest Industrial Laundry Svc, where significant improvements were made within the first six months of employment. Kevin's earlier experience at COMTEX as Director of Operations included enhancing sales and profitability through operational improvements, P&L oversight, and product and software development. Kevin holds multiple degrees from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, including a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Teaching Social Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
