Ellen Ford

Ellen Ford has extensive experience in customer service and support roles, currently serving as a CSR1 and CSR4 at the Cooperative Response Center since April 2017, where responsibilities include dispatching linemen for outages and conducting safety checks. Ellen has been self-employed as a Customer Service Representative since February 2014, providing seasonal secretarial assistance for Mark Longley CPA. Additionally, Ellen has been a Plexus ambassador since November 2015 and possesses prior experience in customer service relations at Verizon Wireless and sales at USXpress Inc. Education includes a degree in Medical Transcription from Georgia Northwestern Technical College.
