Dave Morgan

Dave Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dave started their career as a 3rd Mate at meba2 in 1990 and worked there until 1993. Dave then joined Transocean Terminal Operators as a General Manager and served in that role from 1993 to 2003. Following that, Dave worked as a Port Vice President at P&O Ports from 2003 to 2005. Dave then joined Ports America and held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President for US Gulf, Senior Vice President for US South Atlantic Region, and Director. Dave joined Cooper/T.Smith in 2013 as a Vice President and stayed with the company until 2016, when they became the President at Cooper/Ports America, LLC.

Dave Morgan attended Wheeling Central Catholic High School from 1982 to 1986. Dave then went on to study Marine Transportation at the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
