Gabriela Benefield

Gabriela Benefield has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Gabriela is currently the Senior Director of Learning & Development at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Walmart from 2014 to 2019, holding positions such as Director of Learning, Knowledge Base & Quality, and Senior Consultant Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness. Gabriela also worked at Sam's Club as the Divisional Sr. Director of Membership and Senior Manager of Membership from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they held the role of Senior Manager of Talent Development at Walmart Corp from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they worked at Sam's Club as the Senior Manager of Merchant/Membership Development from 2008 to 2010. Gabriela'searlier work experience includes roles at Altria and Philip Morris International, where they served in sales and training positions.

Gabriela Benefield has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso.
