Dora Lui

Dora Lui is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in commercial operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Operations & Strategy for APAC at CooperVision, Dora previously held several executive roles, including Vice President of Business Transformation and Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Essilor, where strategic transformation programs were executed across 20+ countries. At Barclays, Dora focused on developing and managing the strategy for the Corporate & Investment Bank in the APAC region. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Bain & Company, specializing in large-scale transformation programs, as well as roles in business development and venture capital. Dora holds an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from The University of Queensland.
