Niclas Jonson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Niclas began their career at Pripps Breweries AB as a Team Leader and Process Electrician, focusing on reducing set-up time and increasing efficiency in production. Niclas then worked at Lear Corporation as a QS 9000 & ISO 14000 Coordinator, overseeing quality and environmental management systems. At Saab Automobile AB, they served as a Program Administrator, handling coordination and communication for gasoline Turbo Engines. Niclas then joined Johnson Controls Automotive as a BOS Champion, reviving the quality system. Niclas later moved to Volvo 3P as a Quality Project Manager and Solving Responsible. After that, they joined Coor Service Management as an IT Project Manager and Specialist Team Leader, leading ERP projects and implementing continuous improvement practices. Niclas also worked as a Contract Developer and Quality and Environmental Responsible, and eventually took on the role of IT Project Development Manager, responsible for securing IT resources and implementing new processes within the company. Currently, Niclas holds the position of Head of IT Project Portfolio Management at Coor.

Niclas Jonson obtained an MBA in International Marketing from James Cook University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology from 1998 to 2001. Niclas'ssecondary education includes four years of upper secondary school with a focus on telecommunications & computer science, which they completed at Katrinelundsgymnasiet from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Niclas Jonson has obtained several certifications, including Certification Fearless Practitioner from The Fearless Organization Scan in 2023, Rekryteringsutbildning för Ledare from HOME of Recruitment in February 2023, Cochande ledarskap Fördjupning from coach2coach in May 2022, and Coachande ledarskap from coach2coach in 2017.
