Justin Broshear

Justin Broshear has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Estimating / Pre Construction Manager and Division Manager / Sr. Project Manager at COP Construction LLC since May 2019. Prior to this role, Justin served as Vice President and Director of Operations at Ottenweller Contracting from June 2011 to April 2019, and as Project Manager/Estimator at Broshear Contractors from June 2000 to October 2010. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
