Reyna Galan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and finance within the aviation and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Loyalty Operations Manager and previously as Crew Planning Manager at Copa Airlines since June 2011, Reyna oversees the optimal scheduling of 3,500 crew members, ensuring compliance with legal parameters. Prior roles include Crew Planning Coordinator and Flight Operations Analyst, where Reyna developed key performance indicators and facilitated pilot and flight attendant scheduling.
