Martin Binder has extensive work experience in human resources and corporate law. Martin is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at COPA-DATA. Prior to this, they were the Deputy Head of HR at Hawle Austria Group from 2019 to 2022. Martin held various roles at PALFINGER Group, including VP Corporate Counsels / Prokurist, Head of Corporate Counsels & HR, and Head of Corporate Counsels, from 2003 to 2019. Before that, they worked in the legal department at LINZ AG from 2000 to 2002. Martin started their career as an Assistent Wirtschaftsprüfung at KPMG in 1999 and completed a Gerichtspraktikum at BG Linz-Land, LG Linz from 1998 to 1999.
Martin Binder has a diverse education history. Martin earned a diploma as a Systemic Coach from WIFI - Akademie für systemische Kompetenz in 2020. Prior to that, they engaged in ongoing professional development from 2003 to 2018, focusing on areas such as Wirtschaftsrecht, HR, and Führung.
