Kim Søndergaard

Kim Singline is a seasoned psychologist and leadership consultant, currently serving as Founder and Director of Inner Growth Consulting and Inner Growth Psychology, as well as a psychologist at Axis Health Psychology. With a focus on private practice, Kim supports clients aged 14 and older facing various clinical challenges, predominantly high-performing individuals seeking to overcome barriers to their potential. Additional roles include providing leadership coaching and cultural change initiatives as an Associate at CLA, and having held significant positions at MCA Group, The Three Seas Group, talkforce, Potentialife, Lawson Delaney, and Artisan Recruitment.
