Nikolaj Stagis

Nikolaj Stagis is an experienced executive coach and associate professor in marketing at Copenhagen Business School, where involvement includes mentoring managers in the Master of Management Development programme and teaching in the Brand & Communication Management master program. As CEO of Stagis A/S, a corporate branding consultancy, Nikolaj specializes in brand transformation and corporate communications. Additionally, Nikolaj serves on various boards, including Design Denmark and the Board Leadership Society in Denmark, and holds leadership positions in networking groups such as VL24. As a member of the Medinge Group, Nikolaj contributes to discussions on humane business practices and authored the management book "The Authentic Company." Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Management Development from Copenhagen Business School and specialized training in board leadership and aviation.
