Matt Lawson

Matt Lawson has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Matt began their career in 1995 as an Electrical Engineer for Sealed Air Corporation (Cryovac). In 1999, they joined The Timken Company (Torrington) as an IT Process Manager and Manufacturing Engineer I, II. In 2002, they moved to Wonderware by Schneider Electric as a Project Manager, and then to OFS (Lucent Technologies) as a Supply Chain Manager and Member of the Technical Staff. In 2004, they joined MDT Software as the Director of Technical Operations, and in 2022 they were appointed Director of Product at Copia Automation. Throughout their career, Matt has been involved in product design and development, software drivers, change control applications, production management, workflow analysis, programming, process streamlining, and technical and field support.

Matt Lawson began their educational journey at Central Jersey Christian School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1990. Matt then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) in 1995.
