Cynthia Karingu has held a variety of roles in their career. cynthia began their professional journey in 2015 as a Volunteer Staff at Fountain Youth Initiative. In 2016, they were an Intern Child Officer at the Ministry of East African Community Affairs. Since 2019, Cynthia has been with Copia Global, where they have held the roles of Business Account Manager, Area Manager - Institutions, and Sales Associate.

Cynthia Karingu attended Kenyatta University from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a BSc in Community Resource Management and Extension with a focus on Resource Management, Sociology and Gender.
