Customer Service Representative at Copia Global

Peter Orina has been working in the customer service industry since 2010. peter began their career as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Kencall, where they handled customer inquiries, complaints, and customer support calls for different accounts. Additionally, they were responsible for entering and updating data into databases. In 2013, they moved to CCI, where they also worked as a CSR. In 2014, they joined M-KOPA Solar as a CSR. In 2017, they began working at Savvy Riders as a Field Manager, and also became the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Msafiri. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Copia Kenya as a Customer Service Representative.

Peter Orina is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strathmore University. Prior to this, they attended Nairobi Aviation College from 2009 to 2011, studying Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Peter Orina also attended Kabianga High School. Additionally, they obtained an English Speaking-C2 certification from Emmersion in September 2022.
