Michaela Baker

Michaela Baker has a diverse work experience. Michaela began their career in 2007 as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, then moved up to Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and Management Assistant. In 2009, they became a Regional Account Executive at FirstLook and MAX Systems. In 2011, they joined MAX Digital as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to Director of Operations/Head of Product Management. In this role, they developed and implemented the focus for long term strategic growth and profitability in the industry. In 2015, they were appointed Head of Product Management at CoPilot.

Michaela Baker attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship Certificate. Prior to that, they attended Mt. Pleasant Community High School from 1999 to 2003.
