Blaire Shrader has a wealth of experience in the professional world, having worked for a number of companies since 2005. Blaire began their career at Milliman as a Compensation Assistant, and then moved to Redcats USA in 2007, where they served as a Compensation Analyst. Later in 2007, they joined Crowe Horwath LLP as a Compensation Manager. In 2013, they began working at Deloitte as a Business Technology Associate, and two years later, they were promoted to Senior Consultant. In 2018, they moved to Coppei, where they currently serve as Senior Manager Delivery Leadership.
Blaire Shrader obtained a Management degree from Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 2002, majoring in Management Information Systems. Blaire then went on to receive a Certificate of Human Resource Management from the University of Washington in 2006. In 2012, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, with a focus on Analytics and Consulting. Additionally, Blaire has obtained certifications in Human Resources Management from the University of Washington in 2006, SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2017.
