Mary Beth Maines, PCC,CPCC

Mary Beth Maines, PCC,CPCC has a long and varied work experience. Mary Beth began their career in 1986 as an HR Manager at Chateau Ste Michelle. In 1988, they joined Microsoft as a Senior HR Director, where they led the HR team for Microsoft's Server/Tools/Office Product Groups and Microsoft's International Product Group. In 2002, Mary Beth co-founded Real Card Studio, a high-end letterpress stationery business, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, and business management. In 2008, they joined SNP Communications as Faculty and VP of Business Development, and in 2013 they began working as a Coach and Consultant at Coppei Partners, specializing in working with organizations to strategically utilize coaching as a solution to help new employees and leaders onboard successfully.

Mary Beth Maines obtained their B.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1980 and 1982. Mary Beth then went on to receive their CPCC, Professional Co-Active Coach from CTI and has also completed training with Pathwise Leadership Development. Additionally, they hold certifications from both CTI (CPCC) and ICF (PCC).
