Derrick Smith

Derrick Smith is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Copper Moon Coffee since February 2021. Previously, Derrick held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Hearthside Food Solutions from August 2016 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing machinery maintenance activities. Derrick also served as Maintenance Supervisor at Oak State Products from April 2013 to February 2021 and has experience in industrial maintenance from a tenure at Bay Valley Foods between 2006 and 2011. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Walden University, earned from 2010 to 2014, and has also pursued education at Illinois Valley Community College from 1998 to 1999.
