Erika Ross

Erika Ross is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in change management and event coordination within various industries. Currently serving as a Change Management Analyst at Copper River Technologies since August 2022, Erika acts as a communications subject matter expert for a contracting team focused on continuous process improvement in the Department of Defense. Prior to this role, Erika was the Senior Communications Manager at DIGITALSPEC, LLC., where responsibilities included coordinating office-wide events at the Transportation Security Administration. As the Director of Internal Operations at Sports International, Erika supervised the execution of large-scale events and managed internet-based marketing initiatives. Earlier career roles included serving as the Cultural Events Director and Marketing Director for Student Entertainment Events, where Erika planned and marketed diverse events. Erika holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
