James Holzbecher

James Holzbecher is an experienced technology operations manager currently serving as the Technology Experience Operations Manager and Services and Process Lead at Copperleaf Technologies since July 2021. Prior to this role, James contributed significantly to the Provincial Health Services Authority from May 2011 to March 2021 as a Senior Technical Analyst, where responsibilities included maintaining and expanding the Infrastructure Discovery for HP uCMDB, developing Configuration Management Governance, and improving access for over 270 technical service staff. James also gained valuable experience as a User Access Support Clerk and Technical Support/Technology Operations Coordinator at Move, Inc., focusing on support for internet-based products and managing technology operations. James holds a degree from CDI College in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering and has pursued additional training at Global Knowledge Vancouver and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
