Scott Shader

Scott Shader has held various executive positions in the insurance industry, starting as Senior Vice President at Travelers Insurance in 2002. Scott then moved on to Hanover Insurance, where they served as President of Small Commercial and Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Lines. Following that, Shader became Executive Vice President at AXIS Capital, where they built a platform for Small Commercial Lines. In 2014, they joined Endurance as EVP of Endurance Express, achieving over $100 million in premium. Most recently, they served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at CopperPoint Insurance Companies, overseeing core business operations, IT, underwriting, and strategic programs.

Scott Shader earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, and IT from the State University of New York at Oswego.
