John Baker

John Baker is an experienced professional in manufacturing operations with a focus on the cannabis industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Copperstate Farms since October 2018, John has played a key role in establishing a comprehensive manufacturing operation that supports nine dispensaries and numerous wholesale customers. Responsibilities include hiring and managing the team responsible for packaging flower and concentrates for retail at Sol Flower Dispensaries, as well as overseeing the fulfillment of wholesale orders. Prior to this, John held the position of Production/Wholesale Manager at Urban Greenhouse from March 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing production, developing policies, and overseeing all aspects from harvest to inventory for both flower and concentrates.
