Teresa Hansen

Teresa Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the culinary industry. Teresa currently serves as the Director of Edible Operations at Copperstate Farms, where they oversee edible production. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Manager at the same company.

In addition to their role at Copperstate Farms, Teresa also owns and operates their own business, High Vibe, LLC, as the Owner/Chef. Teresa started this venture in 2020 and continues to manage it presently.

Before starting their own business, Teresa worked as a Chef/GM at Good Things Coming from 2018 to 2022. Teresa was responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing the restaurant.

Teresa also has experience as a Nutritionist at Fit Phoenix from 2015 to 2018, where they provided dietary guidance and support to clients.

Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Chef at Green's Cookery from 2013 to 2014, focusing on recipe development and nutrition analysis for a digital cooking magazine. Teresa also worked as a Chef at 5 Minute Market Chef from 2011 to 2014, creating recipes using local produce and products at a farmer's market.

Teresa has worked as a Pastry Chef at Shine Coffee from 2012 to 2014 and as a Research & Development Chef at STARBUCKS COFFEE COMPANY in 2011. Teresa also gained experience as a DIETETIC TECH/COOK at the Center for Discovery in 2011, where they prepared meals for clients and ensured compliance with dietary plans.

Teresa Hansen attended Arizona State University from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition. During their time at ASU, they also pursued a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts, completing it in 2010. Additionally, Teresa pursued further studies in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General at Arizona State University.
