Ryan Kirkpatrick

Ryan Kirkpatrick is the Onboarding Lead at CoProcure. Ryan has over three years of experience in onboarding and training new hires. Ryan previously worked as the Onboarding Team Lead and an Onboarding Specialist at Superhuman. While at Superhuman, they created and implemented a new hire ramp-up program, led all new hire training, and coached the newest Onboarding Specialists. Ryan also interviewed and assessed candidates for the Onboarding Specialist role. Ryan has a passion for helping others reach their full potential and is always looking for ways to improve the onboarding process.

Ryan Kirkpatrick received a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Southern California. Ryan also has a Psychology and Sociology degree from the University of Maryland. Ryan's undergraduate degree is from Colorado College.
