Rafik Adel is currently working as a Data Processing Manager at Coptic Orphans. Prior to this, Rafik held roles such as Supervisor PM & Communication at Etisalat Global Services, and Analyst- Process Excellence & Customer Experience Improvement/Projects & Platforms at Etisalat UAE. With a background in quality assurance and customer support roles at Vodafone, Rafik has also worked as a Financial Consultant at Allianz Life and a Sales Executive at Citi. Rafik is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Ain Shams University, building upon their Bachelor of Commerce degree.
