Caleb Keen

Caleb Keen has extensive experience in client delivery and software implementation, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Client Delivery at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) since November 2014. Previously, Caleb was a Senior Product Implementation Specialist at Infotrieve from June 2011 to November 2014, where key responsibilities included introducing technology and services to clients and managing their implementation processes. Earlier roles at Boston College included Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Instructor, focusing on research, course content development, and student engagement in political science. Caleb holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Michigan State University.
