Elena Gonzalez Navas has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Elena began their career as a Recruitment & Training Officer at Warner Bros Park in 2001. Elena then worked as a Rebates Analyst at IBM from 2002 to 2005. Elena then moved on to Zomax, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist from 2005 to 2007. Elena then joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2007 to 2011. Elena continued their HR career at HP, starting as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2014, and then transitioning to the role of Iberia Talent Acquisition Manager from 2014 to 2016. After their time at HP, Elena became the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at MAXAM from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Global Talent Acquisition Director at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) starting in 2019.
