Thelma Margarita Mercedes Guerrero

Thelma Margarita Mercedes Guerrero has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Coral Hospitality Corp since April 2010. Previously, Thelma held the position of Administrator at JJ Molina y Asoc. Agencia de Empleos from 2007 to 2009, and worked at Hotel Santana Resorts as the General Manager of Human Resources and Executive Assistant in Human Resources from 2004 to 2007. Thelma's career began at Universidad Central del Este - UCE as a Human Resources Assistant from 2002 to 2004. Thelma holds a Doctorate in Law from Universidad Central del Este - UCE (1989-1994) and a Diploma in Management and Application of Labor Law from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico (2018).
