Meg Parker Holden

Meg Parker Holden is an experienced professional in the fields of architecture, real estate project management, and general contracting. Currently serving as an Architectural Product Coordinator at Corbett Inc. since June 2022, Meg previously managed real estate projects for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, focusing on office space evaluations and lease negotiations. As the owner of New East Incorporated, a licensed general contracting firm in Delaware, Meg developed affordable housing and repositioned market properties. Earlier roles include serving as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Stoltz Realty and a Market Research Manager at The RREEF Funds, where Meg was involved in monitoring substantial investment-grade real estate. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Regional Planning with a focus on Real Estate Development and Affordable Housing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s Degree in Earth Science/Geography from Penn State University.
