Steven De Franco has an extensive work experience that spans over several companies and positions. Steven started their career at Michelin Tire Corporation in 1985, where they held roles such as District Tire Truck Manager and Regional Government Sales Manager. Steven then joined Bandag, Inc in 2001 as a National Account Sales Manager until 2009. In 2007, they became the National Government Sales Manager at Bridgestone Bandag, LLC, a position they held until 2009. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Regional Account Executive at Johnson Controls, where they sold energy performance contracts to energy department/state government entities. In 2011, they founded Progressive Solutions Unlimited LLC and served as the President/Founder until 2018. In 2016, they joined Custom Bandag Inc as a Regional Sales Manager until 2019. Currently, they are working at Corcentric as the Vice President of Sales and also holds the position of Vice President.

Steven De Franco attended Villanova University from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Lean Six Sigma. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State University, where they studied from 1972 to 1976. In addition to their formal education, Steven has also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma and has been appointed as a Notary Public by the State of New Jersey.
