Randall Kostick

Randall has grown with the firm since joining in 1986. Beginning as an agent, he rapidly contributed to the company’s success, and rose to the levels of Sales Manager, Partner, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, before assuming his current role as Chief Risk Officer. His direct experience in all areas of the business has helped Randall lead with a comprehensive knowledge. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company, including the company’s expansion into San Francisco’s north side, the addition of improved in-house technology and marketing services, and the facilitation of key partnerships in Sonoma County. He has also been highly involved in the local real estate community as a whole, serving for 6 years on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Association of Realtors. He holds an MBA from the Shidler International School of Business at the University of Hawaii, as well as a CRB Certification from the Managers Council. Enjoys: Being a San Franciscan, occasional travel, raising a sword in competitive fencing.
