Isabel Manini Cypriano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Isabel began their career at Natura as a Marketing Product Coordinator, where they played a key role in launching new products and increasing the Category's market share. Isabel then joined DuPont as the South America E-business and Branding Projects Coordinator, where they managed the Branding Project Hotel Lycra and led a LATAM team. After that, they held various positions at Roche Laboratories, including Oncology Product Manager and Key Account Manager, where they developed and executed marketing strategies for products such as Tarceva and Herceptin. Isabel then worked at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals as a Specialties Product Manager before joining AstraZeneca as a Senior Brand Manager, focusing on the Breast Cancer Franchise. Isabel also worked as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant at a Consultancy firm, where they specialized in developing business plans and consulting projects for various brands. Isabel later joined UNICEF as the Corporate Partnerships & Marketing Projects Head, where they successfully developed partnerships with companies in different sectors, benefiting Amazon children. Most recently, they worked at Takeda as a Senior Marketing Manager in the Onco Hematology division before joining LivaNova as the LATAM Marketing Manager for Cardiopulmonary, Heart Valves, and Advanced Circulatory Support. Currently, Isabel holds the position of Marketing Manager - Latin America at CORCYM.

Isabel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1992. In 1998, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in CEAG from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Continuing their education, they completed a Global Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from OneMBA - RSM; UNC; Chinese University of Hong Kong; EGADE; FGV between 2009 and 2011.
