Nicole Scott, CPHR

Nicole Scott, CPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In their current position as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CORCYM, they are responsible for defining the HR strategy and rebuilding the HR function for the newly formed medical device company. Nicole also works closely with the CEO on strategic matters and coaches and advises the Executive Leadership Team.

Nicole then moved on to Aequilibrium, a digital product design and development studio, where they led the people and culture function and focused on implementing best practices.

Nicole also has experience with talent and culture management, having previously held the positions of Global Director and Manager of Talent and Culture at ResponseTek, a customer experience management software solutions company.

Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Sorin Group, where they played a key role in delivering reliable therapeutic solutions for cardiovascular needs. Nicole also gained experience as a Project Administrator at Tomorrow's Workplace, assisting in improving organizational practices for businesses in the Surrey area.

Nicole's early career includes positions as a Human Resources Assistant at Accenture and a Human Resources Co-op Student at go2, an organization supporting BC's tourism and hospitality industry. Nicole also worked as a Co-op Trainer, Marketing Assistant, Financial Assistant, and Administration Assistant at BBD, a group benefits agency.
