Tom'smost recent position is as a Senior Business Delivery Manager at Cord3 Innovation Inc., which they started in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at IBM Canada for 5 years, holding various roles in marketing, offerings, methodology, and business analytics solution services. Before that, they worked at IBM for 7 years, in roles such as director of analytic applications business development, sales operations, global PMO & operations, and service sales operations. Tom also has experience at Cognos, CA Technologies, Computer Associates Inc, NAV CANADA, IKON Office Solutions, and Digital Equipment Corporation, holding director-level positions in project management, services, technology consulting, and business management.

Tom Huppert has a diverse education history, spanning multiple years and fields of study. From 2008 to 2010, they attended The Graduate Institute - Center for Leadership Studies, where they obtained a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2001, they studied at Athabasca University, earning an Advanced Graduate Management Degree in Business Administration. Tom's educational journey started in 1979 at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they completed a Marketing Diploma in Business Administration in 1981.
