Caroline Morris

Caroline Morris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Caroline recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cordance, a role they started in 2024. Prior to that, they held the same position at Lone Wolf Technologies from 2019 to 2023, where they oversaw operational efficiency and agent retention in the real estate software market. Caroline also worked at Amazon Web Services as a Practice Manager in 2019. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at PowerSchool Group LLC, responsible for post-go live success for K12 and Higher Education customers. Before that, Caroline was the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Aflac from 2012 to 2014, managing vendor selection and contract negotiations. Caroline began their career in the United States Army, serving as a Captain and Intelligence Officer from 2006 to 2012, with deployments to Iraq. Caroline also completed a President's Associate General Management Internship at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in 2011, gaining experience in various aspects of the gaming industry.

Caroline Morris attended Tufts University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BA in History. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Harvard Business School.
